Just a reliable pick for a weekend trip in Estoril with value for price. The breakfast was okay but definitely fills you up for a day out. Bring earplugs, as local dogs can be quite loud at night.

A beautifully converted Portuguese villa with lovely garden, pool and closed basement parking. Clean and comfortable - definitely an 8. A bit more imagination with the breakfast and a couple of smiles would rate it a 9.

This hotel began with a dismal check-in, all while an elderly couple seemed to argue like children, yikes. The breakfast was awkwardly served and very lacking. I thought perhaps an upgrade woudl ve been offered due to my inconveniences, but alas, only disappointment remained. I almost gave a decent review, but just couldn't, sorry.

Hotel is very well maintained and very clean. Based in residential area.
Did not realize hotel did not have Ar Conditioning or room fans but during our 3 day April stay it did not get hot and management stated normal sea breezes provided adequate cooling.

This is a delightful, family-run, hotel. The decor is very tasteful, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. I would strongly recomment this hotel.
The staff do not speak much English, but they do their best. If you know French, you will get on much better! But their friendliness and helpfulness makes up for the difficulty.

We really loved our cozy room that had a balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee and hooked the kids up with the refreshing pool and tasty breakfast. The small pool and lovely garden were perfect spots to unwind after our adventures. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could only be turned on or off, but it didn’t ruin our fun at all. 😊

Hotel was well described in website: clean, small, good parking, friendly staff, convenient for walking into Estoril center, casino, and beach.
Breakfast was small with few options: two rolls, one piece of meat and cheese, fake juice, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Same every day for my six mornings.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast variety could be improved for families looking for more options.

Position is good, price is relatively low for Estoril/Cascais.
Familiar staff is a bit cold, not very friendly... Breakfast could be better, especially the drinks. Internet at payment

Hotel Smart surpassed my expectations with its friendly, family-like staff and impeccably clean rooms. The underground parking was a huge plus, and I appreciated the peaceful garden. Their breakfast, although basic, included delicious fresh breads and fruits.
Limited dining options.

The Hotel was very good value for the money and I would certainly go back again.
The gentleman I think was the owner seems to have a very grumpy nature..which did make having him around the only down side.

It is the best two-stars hotel possible, with a nice swimming-pool, underground garage and we could buy water even late at night. Our room had a little balcony. It's simple but with a pleasant look.
The bedrooms could have a waste basket and the toilet paper could be of a nicer quality.
